Red Amorro 2020

Amorro is a wine made from the Tintilla de Rota and Tempranillo varieties, from the Calderín del Obispo vineyard, located in the famous Pago la Balbaína, in the Jerez area.

Night harvest. Elaboration: fermentation with complete clusters, maceration for 5 days. Spontaneous fermentation (without skins) without the addition of any type of additive.
Aging in a concrete tank for 8 months.

Produced by Bodega Vinifícate, in San Fernando, Cádiz, a personal project of José and Miguel Gómez Lucas, two brothers from Cádiz, chemists and winemakers by training, who in 2011 decided to start making their own wine on their land and with native varieties. .
